Colville Foreshore Walk
Walk north from Colville Store, on the same side of the road, before crossing the road to access the foreshore. This walk passes by farmland, wetlands, the school, and the former site of a marae.

Track Description: 2415 Colville Rd, Colville (dogs okay on leash) – 1-hr return.
Walk north from Colville Store, on the same side of the road, before crossing the road to access the foreshore. The walk passes by farmland, wetlands, the school, and the former site of a marae (now located in Paeroa).
Alternatively, park just past the bridge at the foreshore reserve along Colville Bay and walk north from there. Watch the shorebirds searching for food, have a picnic, and look for old pa sites in the hills.
This walk can easily be combined with either of the other two walks in Colville.
