What started as a farm ended up as a lodge… Camping at Anglers Lodge has been a tradition for decades.  Experience this very kiwi pastime in one of New Zealand’s most beautiful locations. Cabins and self contained units also available.

The campsites are sheltered, sunny and enjoy views of the sea or bush. All campers have free use of showers, kitchen, BBQs, fridge and freezer storage, games room with Sky TV, swimming pool, and kids play area.  Other facilities include, guest laundry, spa pool, fishing charter, tractor boat launching service and provisions store.   

Anglers Lodge cabins are clean, tidy and have plenty of room. The two bedroom cabins are ideal for families and fishing groups looking for real value. They sleep up to 6 people and offer Sky TV, kitchenette with under bench fridge, crockery and cutlery, car and boat parking.

All guests enjoy free use of showers, kitchen, freezer storage, BBQs, games room, swimming pool and kids play area. Other facilities include, guest laundry, spa pool, fishing charter, tractor boat launching service and provisions store.

The boat ramp is just across the road and we operate our own Charter boat here at Anglers lodge with a very experience skipper. You can book a half day Charter which snapper is the main target. The cost for a half day is From $150 pp with a min charge ($450) of 3 people. The maxim we can take is 6 people at one time.

 Our full day Charters are 8hours and the target fish are snapper / Kingfish mix. The boats min charge is $1200 (4 people), once again we can take 6 people and extra cost is $300 pp

On all our charters we will provide bait, rods for every person on the boat and is a great way to get out and catch some fish.
